By purchasing a ticket for any event hosted by The Exchange, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined.

Please be aware that certain events are free, while others may require purchasing a ticket in advance or paying a cover charge at the door. All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided. Please ensure that you are able to attend the event before completing your purchase.

In the rare event that an event is canceled or rescheduled, The Exchange will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders in advance. In such cases, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund or replacement ticket at the discretion of The Exchange.

The Exchange shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name appears on the ticket. Any attempt to transfer or sell tickets to a third party may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.

All events at The Exchange are restricted to individuals aged 21 and over. Entry to the event will be denied to anyone under the age of 21, and no refunds will be provided.

The Exchange reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual from the venue for any reason, including but not limited to violation of venue policies or inappropriate behavior.
